Being
the smallest campground in Rock Creek with only 5
sites, Palisade is ideal for families. The sites
are perched above the creek in a grove of pine
and small aspen trees and is very quiet normally.
A large dirt lot is located just outside the
campground, perfect for playing wiffle ball, frisbee, or other similar outdoor sports. Good
fishing holes can be found upstream and
downstream from the campground, and fish are also
caught in the fast water near the campground
itself. Thanks to the
