Tuff
Inyo National Forest, White Mountain Ranger District

TBD
scenic rating

Tuff campground is located on the north side of U. S. 395 at an elevation of 7,000 feet. Interesting rock formations called “Bishop Tuff” dominate the landscape in the campground.  Aspen, juniper and piñon trees offer some shade to the sites, but most of the sites in Tuff are exposed, rocky, warm and dry.  Sites near the creek tend to be a bit cooler.  Reservations for Tuff campground can be made online by clicking HERE.
