BLM Description: "A boat ramp and dock help make fishing a popular activity at Wilson Resevoir Recreation Area. 21 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. Campground has vault toilets, dump station, running water, shade shelters and a double lane boat ramp. Campground open all year, but road is passable usually only from late April through October. Bad Weather in summer may also make the dirt roads impassable. Area activities include camping, fishing, boating, picnicking, hunting. Accessible bathrooms, fishing dock and picnic area. Directions: 83 miles north-northwest of Elko via SR-225, SR-226, and county roads; the last 16 miles are gravel."
