This site was written as a resource guide of the public campgrounds in Nevada's Great Basin and the Sierra Nevada of California.  Very little information exists in print or on the internet, and what is available is limited at best.  So this was our motivation.  This site can be used by campers, RV'ers, hikers, explorers and all those yearning for the great outdoors.

We have tried to make this guide as comprehensive as possible.  The site includes only public campgrounds and not RV Parks.  I would like to review Clark County, but it is far away from home and I may not make it there in the near future.  If you are interested in reviewing Clark County campgrounds for me (even if only one or two), please drop us an e-mail.  Enjoy!
